FAQ

What is your response time with inquiries?

On average, 2-5 business days. Please note that I am on direct response with my clients throughout the entire planning process as well the artist for all appointments so it may take a few days to respond back to your inquiry. But never the less I am eager to connect with you and schedule the best glam appointment for your special event!

What is the best way to book?

In order to book your date, please be sure to contact us via email or submit an inquiry form through our website. Once we confirm that we are available for your wedding day, we will require a Deposit to secure your date. Once your Deposit is received your appointment is now in our books and you will receive a confirmation and follow up instructions leading up to your glam appointment.

Are Trials required in order to book your services?

Trials are not required but are highly recommended for all future brides. Trials can be done and used on the day of your engagement photoshoot, bridal shower, or any special event. Trials are a great way to see a preview of what your desired look will be on your wedding day. Trials take 2-3.5hrs. Trials are scheduled Sunday-Thursdays in our Studio only.

Do you have a team of artist?

Yes! We provide Hair + Makeup services. We schedule 1 Artist can take 5-6 services in a booking. Each service takes 45mins-1hr+. For any additional Artist needed in a booking due to shorter amount of time to get ready, then our team has Artist that can accommodate any booking. There is an additional fee for any additional Artist needed for your event.

When is my balance due?

All remaining balance is due 1 week before your Wedding day. This will ensure that our lead Artist and team will be there for your event as scheduled. This is to ensure that every service that was booked ahead in our calendar will still be confirmed for your Wedding day.

Should I book a Touch-up/look change service?

A touch-up isn’t required, however you might find it beneficial to book in case you are going from your ceremony to your picture session to your reception, you may need a professional artist to ensure you will look flawless and picture perfect for every moment. You may also want to book a change of look service if you need your hairstyle or makeup look changed from day look to night look before your reception!
